Gay Fiction and Erotica Update: New Platforms, Audio, and What’s Next
There’s been a shift lately in how I’m publishing my gay fiction and erotica, and it’s probably time I actually lay it out properly.
I’m now publishing across Substack, Patreon, and SubscribeStarAdult. Same work, just different doors depending on how and where you prefer to read. I’m not interested in forcing anyone into one platform, so this felt like the obvious move.
Good Luck Getting Rid of Me is now at Chapter 13 on Substack. It’s starting to settle into itself in a way I’ve been pushing towards for a while, and it finally feels like it’s hitting the right rhythm. Audio is coming for this as well, which feels like the natural next step for it.
Erotica Audio
On that note, most of the erotica audio is now available free for subscribers on Substack. These are different stories, more personal and autobiographical.
The podcast for Good Luck Getting Rid of Me is recorded. I’m not naming it yet, but it’s a high-profile one and it’s now in production. I’ll share details in a couple of weeks once everything is locked and I’m allowed to talk about it properly. There will be links, because we all love links.
The streaming drama series side for Good Luck Getting Rid of Me is still moving in the background. As with all things media industry, ridiculously slowly. The pitch deck has been revisited and tightened up, and it’s about to be resubmitted. No noise until there’s something concrete, but it’s very much alive and going ahead.
I’ve also launched a new series, “The Farmhand”. It’s live now on Substack and Patreon, with SubscribeStarAdult to follow. It leans more into gay fiction than straight erotica, but it knows exactly where it’s going. Ultra slow burn. It’s like edging.
Somehow, I’ve also ended up on page one of Google for a disturbing number of “glory hole” related searches. Interpret that however you want. Which probably tells you more about the reach of this work than any polite metric ever could.
Also worth mentioning, there’s a recently released book sitting quietly on Amazon, “The Bathroom Stall”. I don’t push books much, but it’s there if bathroom hookups are your thing. It’s based on the “What Came Through the Bathroom Stall” series, just pulled together into something more permanent.
That’s where things are right now.
More coming. Always.
